Welcome to Light Er Up!
By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

All of our candles are handmade in small batches. Each product may have slight variations in colour, texture, or scent strength — that’s part of what makes every Light Er Up candle unique.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted here, so please review them periodically.

2. Payment & Data Security

We take your payment information and personal data seriously.
All transactions are securely processed through trusted payment platforms such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other approved processors.

We never store your full payment details on our servers. Your personal information is handled safely and in accordance with privacy and data protection laws.

3. Shipping & Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days sometimes less, unless stated otherwise.
Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and postal service efficiency.

During busy periods or if we are on holidays or short breaks, shipments may be delayed.
We always inform customers in advance through our social media — so make sure to follow us on TikTok and Instagram (@light.er.up) for updates.

4. Holiday / Vacation Policy

If we are temporarily closed or away, you can still place orders — however, orders will not ship until we return.
We’ll post notifications about any delays on social media pages.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we’ll be happy to help resolve it.

Refunds will only be issued if deemed necessary after review.

6. Safety & Use

Always burn candles safely:

  • Keep away from flammable materials, children, and pets.

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use.

  • Stop burning when ½ inch of wax remains.

Light Er Up is not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse or unsafe handling of candles.

7. Pricing & Product Availability

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and may change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

8. Promotions & Discounts

Promotions or discount codes are valid for limited periods and may not be combined unless stated otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, designs, logos, product names, and content on this website belong to Light Er Up.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our permission.
